Typical Japanese fast food. First, You choose food on a machine and get a ticket. Second, you find a spot to sit and put the ticket so staff can see. They bring you the food with in 5 mins. The food are tasty so just try even though you are not in hurry. It’s really crowded at lunch time....

The best beef rice in my Matsuya history wasn't the best ...The meat is too oily ...The self-proclaimed brown rice tea that comes out of the self-tea server also has flavor hot water ...

So delicious .

As we did not eat breakfast, we had a large serving of beef for breakfast and lunch. The large servings are only rice, so the ingredients should be large servings (special servings). Gyudon is divided into Yoshinoya, Matsuya, and preference, but I like Matsuya's beef meal. I am glad that miso soup is attached.

Delicious food at bargain price! Ticket machines offer Japanese, English, Chinese and Korean language options. Purchase ticket and choose a seat, place ticket on counter and wait staff will handle the rest. No speaking necessary. Super quick to serve meal. Double meat and free super-sized rice offered for some menu items.

Service is mediocre and recently this place has become self service. The staff has gotten friendlier but don't be shocked to find that most of the staff is Vietnamese and not Japanese, therefore your level of customer service may vary...I know mine had in the okay not only here but other places with Vietnamese, Chinese, and other non Japanese staff working.

This Matsuya Yaesu is not big but the food is as good as usual with good price. 730 yen for a set.
